Does it make sense

Hello, I heard the phrase " ότι αξίζει τελικά θα σωθεί" and I know it means " this that matters will survive in the end "  but I'm wondering if this phrase makes sense in Greek or is it just a romantic song lyric ( I heard it in one Despina Vandi songs).
I really want to tattoo this phrase but I'm afraid it sounds strange in Greek. Is it something that can be heard in an everyday conversation or just in songs? Will it look strange to Greeks when they read it?
